Stress, past experiences, or years of adhering to others’ expectations can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure of what you need. It may be difficult to hear your own voice, trust your instincts, or know what feels true for you.
Somatic therapy offers a way to slow down and reconnect with yourself through your body, emotions, and inner wisdom. I’ll guide you through a process of self-exploration and healing that helps you understand what you need and create more space to live as your authentic self.
Come as you are. All of you is welcome here.
Certain emotions, memories, or experiences can be difficult to put into words. Brainspotting helps you explore what’s underneath those feelings by paying attention to your body and where your eyes naturally go, giving you another way to work through what you're experiencing.
You may understand why you feel stressed or overwhelmed and still have difficulty making changes in your life. Somatic Experiencing® helps you slow down and notice what’s happening in your body so you can better understand your reactions, feel more grounded, and begin to shift patterns that keep you stuck.

Your mental health doesn’t exist in isolation. Your culture, relationships, identity, and the world around you all shape how you experience yourself and your life. For Women of Color, this can mean living between cultures, carrying family expectations, and navigating racism and sexism.
I take a decolonized approach to healing that makes room for your own definition of what it means to be well. We don’t have to measure your growth by Eurocentric ideas of independence or individualism. Your intuition, spirituality, inner wisdom, and connection to others all have a place in the work.
Somatic therapy brings this perspective into the body. Through embodiment work, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing®, and talk therapy, we’ll explore the connection between your mind, body, and lived experience.
You’ll have space to explore the many layers of who you are and how they intersect with your culture, gender, family, and relationships. Whether you’re overwhelmed, hurting, or feeling lost, you don’t have to leave parts of yourself behind to heal.
I use somatic psychotherapy to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been pushed aside by expectations, responsibilities, or past experiences. Here, you can explore who you are and what you want without having to fit yourself into someone else’s idea of who you should be.
At Spiral & Bloom, you can honor your roots And create a life that feels like your own.
My lived experiences have given me a deep understanding of the many identities and roles we carry and how they shape the way we see ourselves and move through the world.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel seen as a whole person, not reduced to a diagnosis or list of symptoms. Your culture, family, identity, relationships, spirituality, and lived experience all have a place in our work together.
As a therapist and healer, I’m drawn to the parts of our experience that aren’t always easy to put into words. I pay attention not only to what you share, but also to what I notice in the room and what my own intuition is telling me about what may be important to explore. Through somatic therapy, we can begin to understand the connection between your inner experience and your body, and develop a deeper trust in your own wisdom.
I see healing as an interconnected process involving the mind, body, and spirit. It isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about creating more space for who you are, understanding yourself more deeply, and discovering who you’re becoming.
Sessions are customized based on your unique needs and goals, and incorporate the mind-body connection. Through our work together, I’ll help you reconnect with all of yourself and embrace your wholeness.
In-person sessions are held at the Spiral & Bloom Embodiment Sanctuary, and virtual appointments are available for California residents.
